We do not collect your name, email address or IP address through the advisor. Email addresses and phone numbers typed into the chat are automatically removed before anything is stored. Please don't share personal, payment or order details in the chat.
   • Why: to answer your question and recommend products (our legitimate interest in helping you shop), and to review conversations so we can improve the advisor's answers.
   • Who processes it: your messages and our product list are sent to Anthropic, PBC (USA), which provides the AI model, and conversations are stored on Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), which hosts the advisor. Both act as our service providers. Transfers outside the EU and UK rely on their standard contractual clauses.
   • How long we keep it: stored conversations are deleted automatically after 90 days.
   • Your choices: using the advisor is optional, and you can hide it at any time with the × button. To ask about or delete a conversation, contact us at [email protected] and tell us roughly when you chatted and what you asked.
   • The advisor's suggestions are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate. Product pages, our FAQ and our policies are the authoritative source for prices, shipping and returns.
