Shipping & Returns

We are proud to offer Tracked Shipping on all orders Worldwide!

We aim to dispatch all orders  within 24 hours, but please allow up to 5 business days during peak periods. When your items are shipped out, you should receive a notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number. If you haven't received the email or if the tracking number doesn't work, it’s okay. Contact us and we will fix it! 

Any additional taxes or customs duties applied to a shipment once shipped from the US are the responsibility of the buyer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

*During the current worldwide situation, packages are still shipped out as usual by us. There might be delays on the delivery for some packages (not all, even less for the fast shipping lines) varying from 4 to 7 business days because of the stricter custom controls and shortage of people working at the local post offices.
