The meaning
The front says what every close crew knows: blood makes you related, loyalty makes you family. Some of the people who show up for you were born into your life. Others chose to stay, and that choice is worth marking.
The back is the old oath in Latin, unus pro omnibus, omnes pro uno: one for all, all for one. Alexandre Dumas made it the cry of the Three Musketeers, and it is also the traditional motto of Switzerland.
The design
The front is built like an old certificate: LOYALTY across a scrolled banner, a 100 per cent seal above it and fine ornaments all around. Loyalty at one hundred percent, nothing less. The back is a sunburst with a rosette at the center and the Latin around the rim.
