Most people know it by the simple line on the front of this coin, what goes around comes around.

The back turns the idea into a daily practice. Speak good words, think good thoughts, do good deeds. You can't control what other people do, but you can control what you send out, and that is the part that comes back to you.

The design

The front shows the word Karma inside a ring of arrows that chase each other in a circle, with What goes around comes around around the edge.
